CONNECT JOBS (also marketed as connectjobs.agency) advertises preparation of documents for work abroad, as well as so-called "guarantee letters" and document packages for several countries, including Serbia, Hungary, Bulgaria, Sweden, and others. Victims report paying significant sums and receiving papers that failed verification or were not recognised by employers.

Statement: Why I Created This Page

My name is GASSAMA ABDUL.

In 2025, I ordered documents for Sweden through CONNECT JOBS and connectjobs.agency for my candidates. After working with this company, I personally lost over €47,000.

That is why I decided to create this page — to publicly describe my experience and warn other people before they pay for any services from CONNECT JOBS.

After publishing this information, other people from different countries started contacting me, also claiming to have lost money after working with CONNECT JOBS and connectjobs.agency. Based on the information provided to me, the total losses of people who contacted me already exceed €100,000.

Among these people are partners, recruiters, agents, candidates, and companies that ordered documents for employment abroad.

What Some People Reported

• They did not receive documents at all;
• they received documents that did not pass verification;
• employers confirmed they had not issued such documents;
• payments were not refunded.

People Involved in Communication

In communication, the following people were mentioned: ANASTASIJA KRESKAI (Анастасія Крескай) and manager Iryna. According to my information, correspondence, coordination, payment questions, and document explanations passed through these individuals.

Stories I Cannot Stay Silent About

• Qatar: A partner paid for document preparation for a group of candidates for Serbia. According to him, candidates received refusals due to document issues, and families began demanding refunds.
• India (case 1): An agent sold property to pay for work documents for Serbia. According to him, he never received the documents, money was not returned, and communication was cut off.
• India (case 2): Clients hired lawyers and filed lawsuits against local partners, even though those partners also claim to be victims of CONNECT JOBS. According to their information, documents for Sweden were paid for but never provided.

What Happened After Payments

Based on information shared by people: communication was initially active; people were told "the process is ongoing"; they were asked to wait; other countries or options were offered; deadlines were postponed. When people started demanding refunds or concrete results, responses became less specific, communication dragged on, and some people were blocked or ignored.

CONNECT JOBS: A Company That Hides from Public Scrutiny

During analysis of open data and materials shared by people, several things stand out. According to available information: a personal Gmail address was used; communication was often moved to WhatsApp and private contacts; a personal Ukrainian number was used; clients had no transparent mechanism to verify vacancies and documents.

Also: the site https://connectjobs.agency was not working at the time of verification. A personal number of Anastasija was used: +380971601787.

Clients were found through ads in Facebook groups and messengers, after which communication was moved to WhatsApp or closed chats with no public visibility. After payment, the company remained polite, delayed, and created the illusion of a process. Blocking only happened after the first real problems and conversations about refunds. The only formal route is court, but with losses of €2,000–€7,000 most people are not ready to spend even more on international proceedings. That is exactly what this model relies on.
